2011 JNBS MASTERS LEAGUE SET FOR KICK-OFF MAY 15   18.4.2011 –The 2011 Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) sponsored Kingston and St. Andrew Masters Football League (KSAMLA)  kicks-off on Sunday, May 15 with the annual dress parade, an Hall of Fame induction,  and the season opening game - the Champions Cup.

Defending triple-champions, Barbican, who has won the two previous edition of the Champions Cup, will meet Constant Spring at 4:00 pm, while at 2:00 pm, Portmore Masters defends its dress-parade title. Delroy Seixas, the deceased former general secretary of KSAMLA, will be inducted into the League's Hall of Fame in a pre-Champions Cup ceremony.

2011 JNBS Masters League Fixtures

The inaugural JNBS FA (KO) Cup gets underway on Wednesday, May 18 with the preliminary rounds between twenty of the League's twenty-six affiliates. The ten preliminary round winners will join last season's top six teams (Barbican, Constant Spring, Park Rovers, Christian Ambassadors, Nautica, and Real Mona) in the Round of 16.

In the Barbican Oval FA Cup opener on May 18, Washington Strikers tackle Shortwood at 7:00 pm, while on Thursday, May 19, Portmore Masters clash with Pelicans at the same time and venue.  

The JNBS Masters League will see 166 games being played, while 25 games will be contested in the JNBS FA Cup.
